Shipping Policy

We ship domestically only within the United States (subject to restrictions in certain states). International shipping is not available.

Refunds & Returns Policy Eligibility

All sales are final once shipped due to the sensitive nature of research products. Refunds or replacements are only provided if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel by contacting us via email.

How to Request Support

Email within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. If canceled before it shipped, the refund should settle and post to your account in 2 to 3 business days.
